FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING with DHL on all orders above €120

AND FREE RETURN until February 10th 2021 on all orders above 120€.

Shipping times begin 1-2 working days after the order is placed**

For orders < €120, we apply the following shipping costs:
10€ for Italy & European countries
40€ for the rest of world

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Please note: during Special Events we could require 4/5 working days to fulfil you order.

This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

For non EU Countries SHER is not liable for any local import duties and taxes. 

Most of our orders are shipped from our warehouses, pending availability and credit verification, from Monday to Friday.

- Delivery by 5 working days for Australia, Asia and other Countries extra UE (Countries allowed: Aruba, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Gibraltar, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia,  Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates)

Please consider that islands may require 1 extra working day for the delivery process.

In case of failure to collect the package or refuse of the delivery from the recipient the amount will be deducted from the refund. 

**SHER uses an express courier service to deliver your orders. Goods are usually delivered within 24/48 hours from order acceptance and delivery, however due to the particular circumstances of this period, in this moment of medical emergency, we inform you that the shipping and delivery service may be delayed. As soon as there are changes in the transport services, we will be happy to communicate it here. 

 

EASY RETURN WORLDWIDE on all orders with DHL.

If you want to return the item(s) it is easy with SHER: we will give you all instructions and a prepaid DHL return label.

RETURN ITEMS

 If you wish to send back multiple products from different orders, be aware that one Return Label must be generated for each order.

Putting together some products belonging to more than one order is not allowed.

In case you want to request multiple returns of the same order at different times, SHER  offers the Return Label only for the first shipment. We advise you to make the return in a single solution, otherwise, the second shipment will be at your expense.

Refunds are issued at the net of a fair fee to help us covering returns' operating costs, as shown in the chart below.

Returns must be made within 30 days from order delivery date.

* For free return activations and offers return must be made within 30 days from order delivery date.

Please, in order to respect the time limit allowed for the returns, proceed with the shipment as soon as possible. 
We remind you that the label will last 5 days from receiving date.



Our QC department checks the returns integrity. It may take 2-3 working days. You will receive an email once they're checked.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we get back the item on the original payment method used for the purchase. 
You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued
.

To change the item(s) you can place a new order.


Please remind that:

  • Returned items must absolutely have all the tags on. If this label is missing, the return will not be accepted.
  • Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair.
  • In case you want to return a BUNDLE (a pack of products), you necessarily have to return all the products included. We won't be able to refund you if we don't get the whole pack back.
